Construction

• Hull: Solid 100% hand laid fiberglass w/ vinylester resin barrier coat, complete w/ full set of fiberglass composite bulkheads. Full length fiberglass composite stringers.
• Deck framing: All deck support framing utilizes fiberglass beams. No structural wood anywhere in the boat.
• Cap: Fiberglass cuddy cap, foredeck, bow pulpit and molded non-skid gunwales. Cap is secured to hull w/ S.S. fasteners @ 8” o/c. and 3M 5200 adhesive, then bonded with fiberglass. Continuous rigid PVC rub rail.
• Cuddy cabin: Companionway door and hatch w/ steps leads to a roomy stand up cuddy cabin. Cabin has dual bunks on port side w/ storage below and shelving on stbd side, a head and a rope locker access hatch. Head has a manual marine toilet w/ 20 gallon holding tank and “Y” valve for direct overboard discharge.
• Main Cabin: Molded fiberglass composite construction main cabin w/ sliding aluminum side windows (tinted). Main cabin is open to cockpit in standard configuration. No front cabin windows in base boat.

Decks

• Honeycomb/fiberglass composite decks (no plywood and no raised engine boxes).
• Non skid finish on all decks.
• Self bailing decks.
• Flush hatches.
• All deck hatches have integral gutters w/ drains.

Fuel Tanks

• Two (2) integral fiberglass 150 gallon vented diesel fuel tanks w/ shut offs. (U.S.C.G. Certified boats have aluminum tanks.)
• Tanks are centerline tanks for better balance and lower center of gravity.

Motors

• Engine as chosen.
• Racor fuel filters.
• Bronze raw water intake strainers.
• Metal engine mounts bolted to stringers.
• Fiberglass exhaust system.
